Parents enroll their kids, teachers see their schedule, attendance is recorded per session.
Running a learning center shouldn't be this hard.
Parents hassle confirming classes via chat
Teachers confused by weekly schedule rotations
A class is already full, but people still want in
Per-student attendance recap still done in a notebook or spreadsheet
Remaining session-package quota untracked, students show up after it runs out
Children's ages recorded loosely, students end up in classes outside their age range
Everything you need to run your business efficiently.
Booking portal for parents: enroll a child as participant along with their date of birth
Per-class age limits, so registrations outside the range are filtered out up front
Weekly recurring class patterns; edit one session or the whole series at once
Per-session quota with an automatic waitlist and follow-up when a slot opens
Attendance per participant per session, QR check-in at the class, exportable attendance reports
N-session quota packages with a validity period, plus reminders when quota or validity runs low
Member-only classes: only holders of an active package can book the slot
Including what Bukujanji deliberately does not do.
Yes. At booking, the parent fills in the child's name as the participant. For classes that need age verification, the child's date of birth is requested too, and registrations outside the class age range are filtered out.
The registrant goes onto the waitlist. When a slot frees up, the entry is marked as notified and your admin can follow up until it becomes a transaction. If there is no response, the entry expires and the slot moves to the next person in line.
Per participant, per session. Participants can check in via QR at the class, or the teacher and admin can mark attendance manually. The recap lives in the class attendance report and can be exported.
Yes. A class can be marked member-only, so only holders of an active package can take its slots. Other classes can stay open to the general public.
No. Bukujanji records attendance, quota, schedules, and payments, not grades, report cards, or progress reports. If that is what you need, Bukujanji is not the tool for it.
No. There is no automatic recurring billing and no auto-debit. The model is an N-session quota package or a membership with a validity period; the system sends a reminder when quota or validity runs low, and the student or parent renews it themselves. Reminders over WhatsApp use prepaid tokens from the WhatsApp Reminder add-on.
It is not designed for that. Bukujanji is for activity centers, academies, studios, and course providers that run class by class and session by session, not for formal school administration modules.
