- Withdrawing your Partner Balance to a bank account carries a Rp 3.000 admin fee per withdrawal, not a percentage — deducted automatically, paid out within 2 working days.

- Is there still a per-transaction fee?
- No. The subscription replaces the per-transaction cut we used to take — Bukujanji's fee per transaction is now 0%. All that remains is the payment gateway admin fee on online payments, which the customer bears by default and which you can configure yourself.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes, from the Starter plan. The domain stays yours; Bukujanji points it and provides the SSL certificate. If you don't have a domain yet, a Bukujanji subdomain is live immediately at no extra cost.
- Can I use my outlet's own WhatsApp number?
- Yes, on every plan — Starter included. The number is an add-on at Rp 249,000/mo per outlet: an official WhatsApp Business number in your outlet's name, a booking menu bot, and a CS inbox. Our team helps onboard the number. On this route message fees are paid directly to Meta from your account and no Bukujanji tokens are spent. Without your own number, reminders and blasts still run — sent from the Bukujanji number and paid per message with tokens.
- How long until I can use it?
- After the demo, your account and outlet are created the same day. Your service catalogue, schedule, and staff are filled in from the dashboard; customer data can be imported from Excel.
- What if I have more than one outlet?
- Starter covers one outlet. Pro covers up to three outlets in one account, with combined reports. Four outlets or more is Enterprise — contact sales for per-outlet pricing.
- What happens to my data if I leave?
- Every report can be exported to Excel from the dashboard. The Pro plan adds bulk export and export history. Your customer, transaction, and booking data remains yours.
